What is Frostrail?
Frostrail is a co-op survival FPS set in a frozen, post-apocalyptic wasteland. Developed by FakeFish and published by Shiro Unlimited, it casts you as a Penitent Gardener whose steam-powered train — the Eden Engine — is both home and lifeline. Explore ruined settlements, scavenge fuel and materials, craft weapons, and fight Revenants through blizzard-swept wilds.
Every expedition is a risk-reward loop: venture farther for rarer loot, then return to upgrade the engine, carriages, defenses, and crafting stations. Play solo or crew up with up to three friends ahead of the Steam Early Access launch, targeted for Q4 2026.
